All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are applied based on your location.

  • We may offer free delivery on selected products or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. You can pay for your order at the time of delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to track your parcel in real-time.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, our support team will contact you for re-delivery arrangements.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
